The National Weather Service office in Peachtree City has released this graphic, which shows that showery and unsettled weather will be with us in the Southeast for the next few days.  In areas with the wettest soils, there will be a chance of flooding when thunderstorm cells pass over the area.  A line of showers are moving into Alabama now and will pass through Georgia tonight if they hold together.

The rain will not be continuous over time, so some field work may be possible, especially in areas where precipitation is lighter.
