The Georgia Cotton Commission’s 2026 Mid-Year Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at the Nesmith-Lane Conference Center in Statesboro. The Mid-Year Meeting is held in conjunction with a UGA Cotton Pre-Harvest Workshop conducted by members of the UGA Research & Extension Cotton Team. Producers and those interested in the cotton industry will hear from researchers and industry leaders during the Commission’s meeting and learn more about production strategies to help finish out the 2026 crop and how the industry is responding to unique challenges in a complicated environment. We need to be supportive and reap the benefits by attending the meeting this summer in Bulloch County.
