There will be a Peanut Shade Tree Meeting on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held at Hal and Colby Cromley’s Farm located at 10137 Brooklet-Denmark Road, Brooklet, GA 30415. We will meet at their shop.

Dr. Bob Kemerait – Extension Plant Pathologist, Dr. Eric Prostko – Extension Weed Specialist, Dr. Mark Abney – Extension Peanut Entomologist and Dr. Scott Monfort – Extension Peanut Agronomist will be in attendance to discuss the current Georgia peanut crop as well as current disease, insect and weed issues. One (1) Commercial Pesticide License (Category 21) hour and one (1) Private Pesticide License hour have been approved from the Georgia Department of Agriculture.
