Bulloch 4-H well represented at Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair

Last week Bulloch 4-H was very well represented at the 2015 Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair.  Youth participated in livestock shows, the mini-booth competition and the 4-H Food Booth had a banner week.

Congratulations to those youth that show their animals at fair.  On Tuesday night, Madeline Johnson, Cadelyn Jones, Jacob Boyett and Anna Freeman showed their pigs.  On Thursday night, Zachary Mallard, Jaci Starling, and Hunter Starling exhibited market lambs. On Saturday afternoon, Faith Waters and Aubrey Miller competed with their steers and heifers.

Bulloch 4-H had 68 outstanding mini-booths displayed during the fair.  Congratulations to all the participants, especially Austin McGee who was awarded the overall champion booth in the cloverleaf division.

The Bulloch 4-H Food Booth had a great week and the 4-H staff would like to say a huge THANK YOU to those youth and volunteers that came out and helped.  Many a hotdog, hamburger, and fries were served and funds raised go to support the many things that Bulloch 4-H does throughout the year.

Thank you everyone for helping make the 2015 Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair Week such a great success!
