El Nino is to blame according to University of Georgia Climatologist Pam Knox. Some farmers are now dealing with planting delays, fields in need of replanting, and sick livestock. There may be another blast of wet weather to come.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri\">Knox says El Nino may also cause less active tornado and hurricane activity this year.
