The Georgia Department of Ag has released the Georgia Farm Recovery Block Grant Application Guide for farmers in 95 counties (including Bleckley and Twiggs) who were affected by Hurricane Michael. The grant will cover losses to timber, beef, dairy, poultry, fruits/vegetable, pecans, and uninsured infrastructure. Application will be strictly online, but enrollment has not began…
