Corn dry down depends on Growing Degree Units (GDUs) and weather:
30%->25%: ~30 GDUs per 1% decrease in moisture
25% -> 22%: ~ 45 GBUs per 1% decrease in moisture

(Daily Max Temp + Daily Min Temp / 2) – Base Temp
The base temp for corn is 50 degrees. The upper and lower temperature caps applied at 86 degrees and 50 degrees.
