REMINDER! The Row Crop Weed Meeting and the Cotton Production Meeting will be held at Turners Pondhouse (302 Dixon Rd Surrency, GA 31563), each of theese meetings will also be held at 8:00 am and will be a joint meeting with Wayne County Extension. We will meet at Scotty Turners field across from nutrien, where the Southeast District UGA Extension Water Duo will speak on pivot checklist and pivot uniformity tests. Blueberry Research &amp; Demo Farm located at 163 Research Road Alma, GA 31510. Lunch to follow at the Bacon Co. Extension Office (203 S. Dixon Street, Alma, GA 31510). This is a FREE event to attend. Guest speaker is Luan Oliveira (UGA Ag Extension Specialist). Key focus areas are: Airblast Sprayer, Drone Sprayer, Hoop Sprayer in Blueberries. Pesticide Credits are offered: 3 hours commercial (cat 21), 2 hours private (cat 10).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-Registration is REQUIRED. Registration Deadline: March 9th. The\u00a0Field\u00a0Day\u00a0will begin at the UGA\u00a0Alapaha\u00a0Blueberry\u00a0Research Farm, followed by lunch and educational sessions at the Berrien County Extension office. Please refer to the attachment for meeting details and scheduled presentations.
