2018 Dicamba Label Changes <\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to the recent concerns about off-target movement of dicamba, the EPA has mandated significant label changes for Engenia\u00ae, Fexapan™, and Xtendimax\u00ae for 2018.\u00a0 Some of these important label changes are as follows:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0Engenia\u00ae, Fexapan™, and Xtendimax\u00ae will now be considered Restricted Use Pesticides<\/u><\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0Growers who use Engenia\u00ae, Fexapan™, and Xtendimax\u00ae will be required to keep the following records for a period of 2 years<\/u><\/em>, <\/strong>records must be generated within 14 days<\/u><\/em><\/strong> of application, and a record must be kept for every<\/u><\/em><\/strong> application:<\/p>\n

  1. Certified Applicator Name<\/li>\n
  2. Applicator Certification Number<\/li>\n
  3. Product Name<\/li>\n
  4. EPA registration Number<\/li>\n
  5. Total Amount Applied<\/li>\n
  6. Application Date<\/li>\n
  7. Crop or site of application<\/li>\n
  8. Location of application<\/li>\n
  9. Size of area treated<\/li>\n
  10. Training Requirement: Proof of auxin training<\/li>\n
  11. Application timing: PRE or number of days after planting<\/li>\n
  12. Receipts of Product Purchase<\/li>\n
  13. Products Labels<\/li>\n
  14. Buffer Requirement: record buffer distance calculation<\/li>\n
  15. Sensitive Crop Awareness: Applicator must survey and document neighboring fields for sensitive areas or crops<\/li>\n
  16. Spray Systems Cleanout:\u00a0 Must be documented that applicator complied with label.<\/li>\n
  17. Tank-Mix-Products: complete list of all\u00a0approved<\/u><\/em><\/strong>products that were tank-mixed<\/li>\n
  18. Application Start and Finish Times<\/li>\n
  19. Nozzle Selection<\/li>\n
  20. Air Temperature:\u00a0 At boom height for start and finish<\/li>\n
  21. Wind Speed\/Direction: At boom height for start and finish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *Fexapan™ and\u00a0Xtendimax\u00ae minimum GPA changed to\u00a015 gallons<\/u><\/em><\/strong>.
    \n*Can only be applied when wind is between 3 MPH and 10 MPH<\/u><\/strong>.
    \n*Can only be applied from sunrise until sunset<\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
