Rabinowitz<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On July 25, 2019, the USDA announced the 2019 trade assistance payment rates for the Market Facilitation Program. We have published a policy brief\u00a0that contains the following helpful information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Details of the county based payment rate and potential maximum payments by county for non-specialty crops.
