Rabinowitz<\/p>\n<p>This post presents a second fact sheet in a series of publications that briefly explain the basic workings of the new seed cotton program.<\/p>\n<p>Effective with the 2018 crop, \u201cseed cotton\u201d is now a covered commodity under Title I of the 2014 farm bill and eligible for PLC (Price Loss Coverage) payments.
